Angie and Shannon - Thank you for choosing me to photograph your wedding! It was truly an honor. I wish you both all of the very best!
Here are a few pictures from our day after session with Melanie and Jack. You will notice Melanie had a different dress! Some people call these Trash the Dress Sessions - I like to call them "we did" or day after sessions! I think "trash the dress" scares some brides away.
Here is what I saw:
Day after sessions are great fun! Whether we are at a destination or still here in Maryland, DC or Virginia - definately consider doing a day after session!
I was commissioned by Melanie and Jack to photograph their wedding in Riviera Maya, Mexico! Russell and I were thrilled to do our first official Destination Wedding. Yes you read that correctly, Russell was the invaluable assistant for this wedding!
Destination weddings are great, Melanie and Jack provided Russell and I with a room at the resort for 4 days! I was able to be there for the welcome reception, the wedding and reception and we even did a day after session!
The resort was The El Dorado Royale in Riviera Maya, Mexico.
Here is what I saw:
Melanie and Jack - Thank you so much for allowing us to be a part of your special WEEKEND! It was truly an honor! I wish you both a lifetime of love and happiness together.
Stay tuned tomorrow for pictures from the day-after session with Melanie and Jack!
My friend Jen asked if I would be willing to take some photos of her and her mother while she was in town! Of course I said yes. We did the session at Brookside Gardens in Wheaton, Maryland.
